20-22 February 2025Why is it important?
– “PAiP — Particle Astrophysics in Poland” is a biennial conference of researchers working in Poland on a broad interdisciplinary field of theoretical and experimental particle astrophysics and related areas. - APPEC General Assembly in Warsaw
28-29 June 2023Why is it important?
– For the first time in years, Poland hosted one of APPEC’s key strategic meetings. It brought Europe’s top scientific decision‑makers together at Astrocent to shape future strategic priorities in astroparticle physics and highlight Poland’s growing role in the field. - LIght Detection In Nobel Elements (LIDINE 2022) conference

Why is it important?
– LIDINE 2022 brought nearly 80 researchers from 16 countries to Warsaw for a conference showcasing major new dark‑matter results, expert keynotes, collaborative discussions, and student achievements, establishing Astrocent as a vibrant international hub for noble‑element detector research.

– Celebrating a new era of scientific excellence for Astrocent began with bringing together leading European and national stakeholders to inaugurate a major Horizon Europe Teaming project that will elevate Astrocent into a world‑class centre of excellence in particle astrophysics. - Public lectures by Nobel Laureates Art McDonald and Barry Barish at Astrocent: “Exploring the Hidden Universe”
22 February 2023Why is it important?
– The visit of two Nobel Prize winners brought global scientific prestige to Astrocent, strengthening our international visibility, and creating a unique opportunity for public outreach, collaboration, and inspiration across Poland’s scientific community.
