Astrocent is proud to acknowledge the support of the “Wektory Nauki” programme of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education, which made possible the organisation of the 6th CERN-DRD1 Collaboration Meeting, held in Warsaw on 6–10 October 2025.
Co‑hosted by Astrocent and the Nicolaus Copernicus Astronomical Center of the Polish Academy of Sciences (CAMK PAN), the meeting brought together the DRD1 community for a rich programme of plenary and parallel sessions covering detector technologies, physics, simulation, and electronics. A poster session that broadened participation by early‑career researchers.
Held for the first time outside CERN, the event strengthened collaboration, fostered new synergies with industry, and highlighted Poland’s role in innovation in gaseous detectors technologies. Read more about the event: We have hosted the 6th DRD1 Collaboration Meeting 2025
