A law attorney specialising in intellectual property law and technology transfer, with many years’ experience in the commercialisation of research and the management of implementation processes. Anna has extensive experience gained both at a public university and in the business sector. She combines strategic legal advice with expertise in conducting complex negotiations and has experience in team leadership.
Anna currently handles matters relating to intellectual property in the broadest sense at the Astrocent – International Institute for Particle Astrophysics of the Polish Academy of Sciences. In the course of her career, she has managed the entire process of technology transfer from academia to industry — from licence and confidentiality agreements, through negotiations with business partners, to securing funding for commercialisation. She is also involved in obtaining and maintaining legal protection for industrial property rights both in Poland and abroad, as well as co-drafting internal regulations in this field.
Anna holds a law degree and has completed postgraduate studies in intellectual property law, new technology law, business valuation and financial modelling. She is passionate about new technologies and innovation.
